At of 4/21/25 our Processor has corrected any duplicate transactions that may have occurred between April 10th to April 13th, 2025. We thank you for your patience. 4/16/25:
We want to make you aware of a recent issue identified by our card Processor related to Visa® transactions that occurred between April 10 and April 13, 2025.
During this time, Visa® did not send the standard Online 220 Advice Messages for certain transactions. Although the issue was resolved on Monday, April 14, a follow-up error caused some transactions to be duplicated on cardholder accounts.
As a result, you may see duplicate charges for the same purchase. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that Visa® and our Processor are actively working to correct the issue and apply any necessary credits.
At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeline for resolution, but we are receiving regular updates and will continue to keep you informed.
